
Interactive Media Manager
The Interactive Media Manager is responsible for setting up and managing lead generation campaigns for a wide variety of consumer services advertisers. The Interactive Media Manager will be responsible for the day to day execution of lead generation network and email advertising campaigns including, but not limited to, order processing, inventory management, performance monitoring, reporting, and billing. The position interacts with the clients and the sales, media buying and technology teams to ensure proper delivery of ad campaigns, manage advertising program changes, provide performance reports and recommend strategic and tactical changes to optimize campaign performance. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, execute and provide analytical support for customer acquisition campaigns
- Monitor multiple advertising campaigns across multiple publishers
- Provide support to sales and media buying teams
- Measure, evaluate and report on performance-based key metrics
- Provide creative input
- Optimize campaigns
- Monitor campaign ROI
Requirements:
- Strong analytic, communications and interpersonal skills
- Organized with a high attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns
- Good understanding of CPA, CPC and CPM media
- Self starter and problem solver
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Able to work equally well independently and as a member of a team
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Minimum of 2 years online media experience preferred (e.g., email, co-registration, search engine marketing, affiliate network)
